Flyko ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Ivan Nazarenko, based in the United Kingdom. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Flyko mobile application ("the App").

• Lesson data — your conversation history, topics completed, and progress within the App.

• Analytics data — usage patterns, session information, and performance metrics collected through Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality, including AI-powered conversations with your tutor Athena.
• Authenticate your account and manage subscription access.
• Track your learning progress and personalize the experience.
• Send push notifications (reminders, updates) with your permission.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App's quality and features.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google) — for analytics and performance monitoring.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — to power conversational AI features.
• ElevenLabs — for text-to-speech voice generation.
• Deepgram — for speech-to-text transcription.
• Resend — for transactional email delivery (OTP codes).
• Apple / Google — for in-app purchases and subscription management.

Each third-party service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Conversation data with Athena is processed in real time and stored to maintain your lesson history and progress. Voice recordings are transcribed and not permanently stored as audio files.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.

• Withdraw consent for data processing.
