These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flyko mobile application ("the App") operated by Ivan Nazarenko, based in the United Kingdom. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Flyko is an AI-powered English learning application. The App provides conversational practice with an AI tutor named Athena, structured lesson topics, and tools to help you improve your English speaking skills.
Flyko is an educational tool and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Progress depends on individual effort and consistency.
To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in through Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to the App's features. The trial is limited to one per person. Attempts to create multiple accounts to extend the trial period may result in access restrictions.
After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available as:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel, use the subscription management in your device's App Store or Play Store settings. We cannot process cancellations directly.

Athena's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Flyko is not a substitute for professional language instruction, translation services, or academic assessment.
The App, including its design, code, content, and the Athena AI tutor character, is the intellectual property of Flyko. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
